適用范圍
1、2區(qū)危險(xiǎn)氣體場(chǎng)所;
2、IIA、IIB、IIC類T1～T6組爆炸性氣體或蒸氣環(huán)境;
3、適用于可燃性粉塵危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所；
4、可適用于石油化工、船舶、海上鉆井、采油平臺(tái)等場(chǎng)所；
5、 戶內(nèi)、戶外（IP66)。
Application
1、Hazardous gas areas: Zone 2;
2、 Explosive gas or vapor atmospheres:Class IIA、 IIB、 IIC, temperature class: T1～ T6;
3、 Hazardous areas with combustible dust;
4、Suitable for the places of petrochemicals, ship, artesian well on sea and petroleum platform etc.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1、殼體采用特殊鋁合金壓鑄而成，其變形量小，強(qiáng)度高；透 明罩采用高強(qiáng)度聚碳酸脂模壓成型；
2、采用雙槽密封條密封，防護(hù)等級(jí)高；
3、內(nèi)置聯(lián)鎖開關(guān)，確保透明罩開啟時(shí)，燈座的所有電極自動(dòng) 切斷電源；
4、內(nèi)置溫度傳感器。故障時(shí)，內(nèi)部溫度達(dá)到80℃， 溫度傳 感器自動(dòng)切斷主電源；
5、內(nèi)設(shè)狀態(tài)指示燈，綠色、紅色、黃色分別指示為主電、應(yīng) 急、故障三個(gè)狀態(tài)，便于觀察工作狀況;
6、兩側(cè)設(shè)置連桿，通過旋轉(zhuǎn)專用鑰匙，帶動(dòng)內(nèi)置傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)， 達(dá)到兩側(cè)同時(shí)均勻拉緊殼體及透明罩，保證防護(hù)效果；
7、外形美觀，為流線型設(shè)計(jì)；
8、多種安裝形式，滿足不同場(chǎng)所需求。
Enclosure is made of casting aluminum alloy with little distortation and high intensity; transparent guard is made of moulded high-intensity polycarbonates;
Adopts diglyph sealing, for high degree of protection;
Built-in interlock device to ensure when transparent guard opened, allofpower supply of lampholders cut off automatically;
Built-in temperature sensor, When the inner temperature attains 80℃ with fault, main power cuts off automatically;
Built-in green, red and yellow status indicator light separately indicate three status for observing, main power, emergency and fault;
By turning the special keys, linked poles,which are installed on the two sides drive built-in transmission machine so that the two sides can simultaneously strain the enclosure and transparent cover so as to ensure protection effect;
Graceful outline with streamline designs;

使用說明：虛線部分接線由用戶自己來完成。L為充電電源，不受K開關(guān)控制一直處于充電狀態(tài)。LK為控制電源，由K開關(guān)來控制燈亮與滅，有電時(shí)電池充電Y1、Y2點(diǎn)亮，停電時(shí)應(yīng)急控制器工作，Y2點(diǎn)亮，Y1熄滅此時(shí)電路進(jìn)入應(yīng)急狀態(tài)。
Instruction: The dashed part is completed by the user. L is charging power. It is not controlled by switch K and is always in the state of charging. Lk is control power that controls on and off of the light by switch K. When power is on, battery is charged and Y1,Y2 are enlightened; when power is cut, emergency controller starts to work and Y2 is enlightened while Y1 quenches. Then the conduit goes into emergency state. |
